Tim Fraley, PGA
Director of Member & Player Development
Tim, a PGA Member since 2002, Head Professional from 2003 to 2017, and currently Director of Player Development and Member Engagement, has been a fixture in growing the game for 20 years in Central Oregon. In 2013, he won the Bill Strausbaugh Award, in 2014 the Youth Player Development Award from the Oregon Chapter PGA/Pacific Northwest Section, and he is also a three-time winner of the U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Coaches Award, recognized out of 4,000 professionals in 14 countries.
Tim has a passion for teaching, coaching, and motivating students to be their best, working with individuals ranging in age from 4 to 88. Awbrey Glen has been his office for the past 25+ years, allowing him to develop many students through private instruction, club fitting, classes, playing lessons, and more. Tim adapts to each student and teaches/coaches using their unique learning styles. His background in football, baseball, and basketball, along with current pursuits like snowboarding and fly fishing, helps him relate movement and mobility to golf instruction. Tim’s relaxed nature and dedication to student improvement will pave the path to playing your best golf!
